The Impact Beyond 2025 programme enhances capability and expertise within World Rugby’s member unions, equipping the wider rugby community with the tools and knowledge to continue growing the game. Below are resources from the following Impact Beyond 2025 initiatives designed to support unions. 

Impact Beyond: Careers World Rugby's Impact Beyond: Careers publication (download below) showcases inspirational women working around the world across all areas of rugby. It provides practical advice for women and girls on how to develop a career in the sport and sets out the courses available on World Rugby's Passport platform.

Fundraising Toolkit  World Rugby has now launched a 'digital toolkit' for unions on how to unlock new sources of external funding to grow the game for women and girls. This has been developed with a sports fundraising specialist to provide the knowledge, strategies and tools to build sustainable and impactful fundraising programmes. You can find the Master Toolkit below, available in English, French and Spanish.
